About the Role
]We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Media Manager to lead performance marketing on Meta and TikTok for our subscription-based mobile app.
]This role is ideal for a data enthusiast who thrives on growth, creative testing, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
]Key Responsibilities:
]- ]
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies with ROI goals in mind.]
- Run creative and audience tests, optimize daily performance, and leverage tools like GA4, Adjust, Mixpanel, SQL, and automation scripts.]
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-converting ad assets and explore AI tools for creative automation and campaign scaling.]
Requirements:
]- ]
- 6+ years of experience in paid social (Meta/TikTok) and app growth.]
- Strong grasp of subscription funnels and performance metrics.]
- Experience with creative briefing, analytics, and testing.]
- Bonus: Familiarity with UGC, Spark Ads, Motion/Pencil, or EdTech/Gaming apps.]
