Job Title

eTrade is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of our online marketing strategies. This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative and driven professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Expand, scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations.
  • Execute all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data, key metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth on AMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree an advantage.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Amazon AMS, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads with particular familiarity of Amazon platform & ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
