Lead Sports Executive

We are seeking an accomplished sports professional to spearhead our Noida campus's sports activities. This is a rare opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sports development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire spectrum of sports-related events and initiatives at the university's Noida campus.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to promote sports culture and engagement among students and staff, leading to increased participation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of sports programs into the university's curriculum, enhancing student experience and outcomes.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sports staff and coaches to achieve exceptional results in sports performance.
Essential Qualifications:
  • PhD in Physical Education or MBA in Sports Management is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 20-25 years of experience in sports management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve their best.
