Job Title: Digital Media Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Acquisition Specialist who is analytical, creative, and performance-driven. This is a full-time remote role for someone who wants to experiment boldly, grow with a high-performing organization, and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize ad spend on social media platforms
  • Build and scale cross-channel campaigns using strategic planning
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and identify trends quickly
  • Test ad creatives and messaging to improve performance
  • Write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that converts
  • Provide clear daily reports and be accountable for results
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Are highly analytical and confident with mathematical concepts
  • Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends, and projections
  • Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
  • Have at least 1–2 years' experience running paid social media campaigns with a proven track record
  • Understand key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and how to optimize them
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and always ask: 'How can this perform better?'
