Drive Logistics Innovation

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role in the development of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing and supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage customer and operational data to uncover trends by analyzing customer and platform datasets.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes; map As-Is vs. To-Be processes; and translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Supply Chain Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept → MVP → implementation → scale-up, and lead sprints to deliver measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows, data flows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, maintain documentation and change controls, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, success metrics, and business expectations.
Qualifications
  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Skills Requirements: Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
  • Additional Requirements: Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to 0–1 product building.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, and IoT systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with capability to validate KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Team Player: Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Requirement Gathering: Knowledge of requirement gathering methods (workshops, interviews, user observation).
  • Startup Mindset: Startup mindset with adaptability, ownership, and focus on results.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
