Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our supply chain, forecasting monthly supply onboardings, and assigning leads efficiently. You will also conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points while onboarding and getting activated.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline solutions and improve the efficiency and output of our team. If you have advanced google sheet and excel knowledge, team management skills, and an analytical mindset, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Advanced Google Sheet and Excel Knowledge: Proficient in working with google sheets and excel to manage existing processes and set up new ones.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Data Handling: Forecast monthly supply onboardings from different channels based on historical data and seasonal trends and plan manpower requirements accordingly.
  • Analytical Mindset: Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions.
  • Operational Rigour: Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to the team leads.
