Technical Lead Position

This role involves overseeing all technical aspects of a company, including quality control, product development, and technical services. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing technical strategies that align with business objectives, while ensuring adherence to international quality and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Strategy
    • Oversee the direction and management of all technical services, quality control, and product development activities.
    • Develop and implement technical strategies in line with business objectives, driving growth and innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with international quality and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality across all operations.
  • Quality Control & Assurance
    • Monitor and evaluate quality systems, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance across manufacturing units.
    • Oversee testing protocols for steel pipes, coatings, welding, and NDT, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
    • Ensure the integrity of inspection, testing, and certification processes, maintaining transparency throughout the supply chain.
  • New Product Development & Innovation
    • Drive innovation in materials, processes, and product designs, staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Lead R&D efforts for new products catering to Oil & Gas industry applications, exploring opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with H₂ labs to develop hydrogen-compatible products, expanding our portfolio and expertise.
  • Metallurgical Expertise
    • Apply advanced metallurgical knowledge to troubleshoot, optimize, and select materials, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to steel properties, fabrication, and performance, providing expert solutions.
  • Client & Vendor Management
    • Serve as the primary technical contact for key clients, resolving technical queries and issues efficiently.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality assurance, technical compliance, and process enhancements, building strong relationships.
    • Provide technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and customer specifications, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Ensure compliance with statutory, industry, and customer-specific requirements, maintaining regulatory excellence.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging standards, technologies, and best practices in the Oil & Gas and hydrogen energy sectors, enhancing our expertise.
