Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues related to JD Edwards Sales & Distribution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems, applying your expertise to find innovative solutions.
• Interface Knowledge: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling Solutions, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
• Application Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all system changes and projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure smooth implementation.
• Knowledge Transfer: Share your expertise with colleagues, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's collective knowledge base.
• Second-Level Support: Offer assistance to first-level support analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead the investigation of high-severity user issues and system defects, working closely with development teams to implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed documentation of support activities, processes, and procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution Module Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with JDE EnterpriseOne, with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution.
• Techno-Functional Skills: Possess a deep understanding of techno-functional aspects, including technical troubleshooting, configuration, and customization.
• Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling Solutions, as well as Oracle APS.
• Manufacturing Accounting Process Understanding: Ability to comprehend highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimal solutions.
• Application Testing: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive testing of system changes and projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Knowledge Transfer: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
• Second-Level Support: Experience in providing second-level support, guiding first-level analysts to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Root Cause Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
