Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned JD Edwards Finance Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.

About the Role

  • Provide expert-level support for customers, ensuring seamless application performance and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to implement effective solutions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with junior consultants to enhance their skills and contribute to team success through process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global Support teams and Redfaire group.
  • Effectively communicate issue status and ensure timely resolution according to prioritization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in JD Edwards E1 Finance support or implementation role.
  • Expertise in all JD Edwards versions up to EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in GL, AR, AP core finance modules.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, conveying complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A highly driven and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, applying structured problem-solving techniques.
  • A strong team player with collaboration and initiative.
