Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned business strategist to join our dynamic advisory team in Pune. As a key member of our unit, you will play a pivotal role in crafting informed business decisions and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities, including due diligence processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build robust financial and operational models as part of the decision-making process
  • Develop and present strategic proposals offering critical insights that align with business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external advisors to implement M&A strategies effectively
  • Support and track deal execution processes, including conducting market and competitor research to identify synergies and growth opportunities
  • Provide post-transaction analysis to ensure successful integration of the mergers or acquisitions
  • Stay updated on financial and economic trends that can impact M&A strategies

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions strategy or consulting roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and project management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
  • MBA, CA, CFA preferred
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to work effectively with both senior leadership and team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results
