  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards at site.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections at various stages of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement industry best practices in project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale solar EPC / utility / commercial and industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and vendor management.
