Job Title: GNSS Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product leader to oversee the development and growth of our global navigation satellite system (GNSS) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing innovative solutions that meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the GNSS industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the GNSS sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote project development and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide product training and support to customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Establish the GNSS brand as a thought leader in the region through effective competitor analysis and countermeasures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communication, electronics, computer science, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in wireless communication, preferably in the GNSS area.
  • Sales or marketing background in the GNSS industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of GNSS-related products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Able to facilitate dynamic discussions, gather information from experts, understand customer needs, and turn them into actionable products and features.
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills to present business cases to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for plans.
  • Team management experience is preferred, along with extensive travel and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent learning ability, innovative, and goal-oriented mindset.
