Job Title: MEP Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Manager to oversee the efficient running of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP work is carried out to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This includes reviewing and optimizing MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and service efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Accuracy and Service Efficiency: Review and optimize MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and service efficiency.
  • Value Engineering: Provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope.
  • Execution and Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainability initiatives such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building.
  • Reporting and Budget Management: Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Desirable Skills:

  • High end equipment installation and commissioning.
  • MEP design and engineering.
  • Cost estimation and budgeting.
  • Project management.
  • Team leadership.

Working Conditions:
