About the role:

As a skilled Data Engineer, you will play a key part in building scalable and efficient data solutions to support brand marketing and menu functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating reliable Menu data products that drive menu and marketing analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data orchestration tools and big data ecosystems, as well as proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.

We are seeking someone who can drive best practices for pipeline development, data governance, data security, and quality across marketing and menu-related datasets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains relevant and reliable Menu data products that support menu and marketing Analytics.
  • Develops and implements new technology solutions as needed to ensure ongoing improvement with data reliability and observability.
  • Works closely with product owners to define business rules that determine the quality of Menu datasets.
  • Maintains scalability, maintainability, and quality of data systems powering menu item tracking, promotion data, and marketing analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and big data ecosystems.
