Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and paid campaigns.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience handling sizable marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
