Operations Manager - International Voice Process

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our International Voice Process team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our voice services to clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of voice agents, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to targets (KPIs like call quality, average handling time, resolution rate, etc.).
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations of the voice process, manage escalations, and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, organize regular skill development and process refresher sessions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report team metrics, analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders, share updates, feedback, and improvement plans.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
