Job Description:

As an Academic Sales and Counselling Associate, you will be responsible for converting every conversation into a Gradeperfect fan, turning curiosity into conviction by selling the dream of building golden academic profiles with world-class preparation and guidance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Growth-oriented individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and passion to every interaction.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to persuade, empathize, and manage high-touch client relationships.
  • Familiarity with premium education landscapes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where innovation and ownership are valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Product Mastery: Build a deep understanding of Gradeperfect's programs, standards, and unique selling points to confidently represent our value proposition.

Lead Calling & Conversion: Engage promptly with warm leads, understand parent needs, and position Gradeperfect's offerings to drive conversions.

Demo Coordination: Schedule and ensure smooth execution of personalized demos, collaborating with the academic demo team to maximize conversions.

Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a clean CRM with updated lead statuses, consistent follow-ups, and accurate conversion tracking.

Collaboration with Lead Generation: Work closely with the lead-gen team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and share feedback for optimization.

Customer Insights: Capture parent feedback and patterns to refine positioning and improve customer journeys.
