About Our Lecturer Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lecturer to join our faculty team. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching commerce and related subjects to junior college students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach M.Com. and B.Ed. courses, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and well-being
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic goals and develop curriculum

Requirements:

  • Masters in Commerce (M.Com.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strong academic record and passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Prior teaching experience at the junior college level, preferably with a focus on commerce subjects
  • Compliance with CBSE qualifications and experience criteria
