Educational Qualifications:
minimum Master's degree in the chosen discipline, with a good academic record, from a reputed Institute/University.

Bavdhan, Pune - Maharashtra 411021
Nature of work:
Contractual
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the faculty in preparation of class material, such as .ppt slides, pre-readings, in-class assignments, projects, etc.
- Upload all course material on the institute's LMS and manage the course module.
- Assist students and faculty with resolving LMS-related queries.
- Evaluate students' class participation, including recording attendance, as required by the faculty.
- Assist the faculty with assessments and evaluations.
- Release marks to students post faculty approval and conduct review sessions.
- Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty, as well as between the other departments, for all course-related queries and communication.
- Assist the Office of Academics in conducting course feedback at the end of the course.
- Conduct informal tutorials/remedial sessions/meetings with students.
- Design and deliver discussion sessions, seminars, and workshops.

Skills/Capabilities:
- Passionate about learning with an intent to pursue a career in academics
- Good academic record
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Research-oriented, data-driven mindset
- Empathetic and a good listener
- Skilled in MS Office; familiar with analytic software, plagiarism tools, and Generative AI detectors
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, etc.
