Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our company's entire IT infrastructure. This includes setting up and maintaining office systems, networks, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, implement, and manage the company-wide IT infrastructure for optimal performance, scalability, and uptime.
  • Office Setup and Maintenance: Lead the complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Technical Support and Helpdesk Oversight: Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) to ensure secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, track warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and perform periodic audits.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Software and License Management: Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.
