Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across various modules, ensuring seamless workflow between departments.
  • Manage data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share management information system reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP systems (2–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in similar industries is an added advantage.
