Senior SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into system solutions, supporting end-to-end sourcing processes, integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA, and providing functional expertise on sourcing workflows.

  • Develop and implement SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and deliverables.
  • Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
  • Design and implement efficient procurement processes and workflow automation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sourcing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
