Senior Observability Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Observability Engineer to join our team.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead the adoption of Application Performance Monitoring with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Develop onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling (Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed monitoring into new service architectures.
  • Partner with security teams on compliance, threat detection, and governance related to monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Application Performance Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Primary Skills:- AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda), Application Performance Monitoring, Monitoring, Dynatrace.
