Strategic Product Leader

A successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, and be familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Aha. They should also possess methodologies for prioritization, a track record of successfully developing and launching products, and understand the economics of product(s).

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including document, socialize, and archive product artifacts. Familiarity with platform product strategy, packaging, and development execution is a plus. Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align is also desirable.

We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively across functional teams with different 'languages' and has strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance/workflows in various aspects of GRC, such as health and safety or audit or incident management, is not mandatory but a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and applicants must provide a link to an online portfolio to be considered for an interview.
