Enterprise Growth Lead

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the commercialization and expansion of our brand-new enterprise AI-consulting service. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy, driving the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring exceptional project delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has a founder's mindset with a strong bias for action, data-driven decisions, and a passion for technology. They should have experience in growth, product, or program delivery for an AI, SaaS, or tech-consulting business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and positioning for our enterprise AI-consulting service.

- Design and execute multi-channel lead-gen and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to build a qualified pipeline.

- Own and optimize funnel metrics, including pipeline size, velocity, and win rate, through data-driven experiments.

Project Management & Delivery Excellence:
- Translate closed deals into detailed delivery roadmaps with clear scopes, timelines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Orchestrate and manage cross-functional teams to hit project milestones.

- Run weekly stand-ups, maintain RAID logs, and publish executive updates to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Relations:
- Act as the single point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional experience and retention.

- Provide strategic recommendations to CXOs and report progress directly.

Requirements:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is preferred.

- 3-6 years of experience in growth, product, or program delivery for an AI, SaaS, or tech-consulting business.

- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and revenue targets in an enterprise context.

Technical Skills:
- Strong project-management toolkit and experience with relevant software.

- Technical fluency to translate between business goals and ML/data-engineering requirements.

- Experience with GTM and analytics tools.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong stakeholder diplomacy at the CXO level.

- A hands-on, action-oriented approach to problem solving and process building.
