Electrical Engineering Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role in the design and development of electrical systems across all project phases.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions. You will ensure compliance with international codes and client specifications, review and approve technical documents, drawings, and calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems across all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes (e.g., IEC, ANSI) and client specifications.
  • Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and calculations.
  • Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for electrical scope.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, automation).
  • Ensure integration of electrical systems with control and safety systems (e.g., ICSS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in E&I engineering within EPC projects, preferably in oil & gas.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore/onshore construction practices and safety systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., ETAP, SPI, AutoCAD, PLC/DCS systems).
