We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Supply Chain Design initiatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple regional supply chain planning logistics teams across various projects and geographies. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that Supply Chain Planning (SCP) processes are designed, implemented, and qualified in different phases of the Offer Creation Process. This will involve achieving customer targets for lead time, on-time delivery, inventory health, and sales targets.

Main Activities

Your main activities will include defining, selecting, adapting, and implementing logistic offer definitions. You will also drive supply chain performance to targeted levels, provide visibility into project progress through the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, and transfer responsibility from project mode to operations logistics. Additionally, you will build and drive global substitution plans and Performance Work Plans (PWP).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Planning Building Blocks: You should have experience with ramp-up and ramp-down management, healthy stock management, and OCP Processes.
  • SIOP Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of SIOP processes and be able to provide visibility into project progress.
  • Red Alert Process: You should be able to manage Red Alert processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Flow Design: You should have experience with flow design and be able to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Autonomous Work: You should be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Remote Work Network: You should be able to work effectively in remote networks and communicate with team members remotely.
