Oracle Supply Chain Manager

A senior Oracle supply chain professional is required to lead end-to-end process optimization and implementation projects.

This high-profile role demands deep expertise in Oracle supply chain solutions, a thorough understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of delivering successful customer projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive supply chain optimization projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert guidance across multiple Oracle supply chain modules, including inventory management, procurement, order management, manufacturing, planning, and cost management.
  • Conduct detailed business process reviews and requirement gathering sessions with clients, analyzing current states and defining future-state processes within the Oracle supply chain framework.
  • Perform thorough analysis and propose best practices for standard functionalities, documenting necessary customizations, extensions, or reports.
  • Configure and customize various Oracle supply chain functionalities to align with specific client business needs and optimize operations.
  • Design and support the development of integrations between Oracle supply chain and other enterprise systems, leveraging integration methodologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts, managing defect resolution and ensuring solution quality.
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support and troubleshooting for Oracle supply chain modules, resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability and user adoption.
  • Drive enhancements and optimizations to existing Oracle supply chain functionalities, recommending solutions for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct client workshops and provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle supply chain functionalities and best practices.
