  • Lead global supply chain solutions software product company seeks an experienced individual to drive deployment of planning forecasting replenishment and pricing solutions at clients. The role involves solution design process architecting change management coaching customers through the adoption process and collaborating cross-functionally globally. ">
  • Participate in business process analysis or design construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications. Work as a functional liaison between project team and key customer executives. Have knowledge of Blue Yonders demand and fulfillment allocation enterprise planning assortment and category management. ">
  • Work with project team to ensure smooth efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. Provide advice to customers regarding industrys best practices and process methodology. Facilitate lead business diagnostics process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately write a solution design document to support business requirements. ">
  • Recognize highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects. Support sales presales in providing solution approach point of view. Be a thought leader in your product solution area of focus and apply that knowledge to customer situations. Represent Blue Yonder in industry conferences workshops as required. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 15-18 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers. Either a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonders solutions for customers preferred. ">
  • Advanced degree in supply chain operations logistics or operations research preferred. A combination of bachelors degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree. ">
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle SAP or leading ERP may be considered. Strong business analysis skills understanding and usage of statistical algorithms SCM concepts awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required. ">
  • Relevant industry certification from APICS TOGAF will be a plus. Current or prior experience working in management consulting organization or supply chain center of excellence settings preferred. Skill set and availability requirements as per organizations needs. Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is an added advantage. ">
