Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps.

They will generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth, creating buy-in for the product vision with both internal and external stakeholders.

The roadmap and requirements will be translated into a detailed product roadmap and comprehensive requirements, with scope and prioritization based on business and customer impact.

They will work closely with engineering teams to deliver with a quick time-to-market and optimal resources, driving product launches collaborating with marketing, public relations, and executive teams.

As a product evangelist, they will build awareness and understanding of the product, representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.

Technical collaboration will involve working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce comprehensive documents for development and QA teams, using technical background to ensure effective communication and execution with engineering.

They will utilize data analysis tools, A/B testing software, and user analytics platforms to inform product decisions. They will also develop RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate them with existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, having built or managed at least one B2B SaaS product.

Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, with a holistic understanding of development practices and the product lifecycle, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be hands-on to get the job done, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
