Job Overview

At the forefront of digital innovation, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses interact with their customers. As a Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Real-Time Digital Experience Platform.

With a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmap initiatives and ensure seamless communication across business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering Scrum Teams to align on future platform architecture and SaaS deliverables, ensuring scalability for future business growth scenarios.
  • Contribute to the development of the platform roadmap by prioritizing features, architectural improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Professional Services field teams to enable them on new platform features as they are released.
  • Travel up to 20% to meet with customers and drive strategic partnerships.
Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with:

  • A strong background in product management, ideally within the enterprise software industry (3-4+ years of experience).
  • Proven ability to work closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise end-user computing, monitoring, and experience management solutions.
  • Experience migrating on-prem server/client products to SaaS is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science would be an asset.
