Legal Executive Role

As a seasoned Legal Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • You will draft and review various legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and terms and conditions.
  • In addition, you will support the HR department in drafting and reviewing HR-related documents.
Requirements:
  • A recognized law degree (LL.B or B.L.S) from a reputable institution is required.
  • You should have 4-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a non-litigation role.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • You should be proficient in using MS Office and related tools.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, with strong attention to detail and time management skills are highly valued.
