Job Title: Opcenter EXPH Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Opcenter EXPH systems specialist to assume key responsibilities in the installation, upgrade, and configuration of our clients' existing Siemens Opcenter EXPH systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation Qualification (IQ) and Installation Functionality (IF): Ensure the successful integration of various hardware and software components with Opcenter EXPH systems.
  • Upgrade and Development: Collaborate with clients to upgrade and develop their existing Opcenter EXPH systems, including troubleshooting and managing re-work during testing and validation activities.
  • Solution Architecture: Provide technical expertise in designing overall solution architectures, including hardware, software, and network configurations for Opcenter EXPH systems.
  • Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance services for Opcenter EXPH systems, including upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access.
  • Recipe Process Design: Interpret recipe processes and design electronic recipes, logical workflows, data input/output, parameters, and other related aspects for Opcenter EXPH systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Opcenter EXPH installation, upgrade, development, and configuration.
  • Experience in automation, SCADA, historian, MES, and related software projects throughout the complete project delivery lifecycle.
  • Proficient level of experience with Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design.
  • Strong understanding of Opcenter execution pharma (erstwhile SIMATIC IT eBR) and its modules, such as user management, PI management, PI process, PI review, weighing & dispensing, XSI console, equipment management, material flow management, weighing & dispense, PI assembly.
