Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves developing, configuring, and customizing Opcenter R&DL (LIMS) based on business needs.

You will work closely with the development team to design and implement workflows, data models, and business rules based on the Opcenter R&DL data model. Additionally, you will conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the software meets the required standards.

In this role, you will also be responsible for integrating Opcenter R&DL with ERP systems, such as SAP, MES systems, PLM, and other enterprise systems. You will develop interfaces using APIs, web services, or middleware, such as OPC UA and RESTful services. Your goal will be to ensure proper data flow between lab equipment and the LIMS.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript for customization.
  • Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Familiarity with database management, including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
