Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and enable Annual Operating Plan (AOP) delivery on Volume, Net Sales Value (NSV), Operating Profit (OP) Cash, and Pricing.
2. Enhance the Finance Operations and Reporting (O&R) process, driving Pre- and Post-Monthly End (M&E) mindsets for Trade Spend investments (BTL and TTL).

1. Streamline past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce timelines for recording the same.
2. Contribute actively to unlock savings and ensure hygiene by enhancing Distributor Return on Investment (ROI).
3. Reduce Work-in-Progress Capital/Provisions unlock (Overall Norms to be lower in value than last three years' average-aged inventory).

1. Effectively manage Trade Spend.
2. Drive BTL claim processes for the cluster and adopt new BTL Process, involving Net Revenue Management (NRM) planning.
3. Develop Pre- and Post-M&E cultures on BTL and TTL Spends.
4. Engage with Home Office Commercial teams and cross-functional teams to understand various Return-to-Market (RTM)/learning formats for personal development and growth.
5. Pricing optimization - Volume/Value/Margin Market Share pool/Benchmarking our Pricing with industry players based on available information in the public domain.

1. Develop and independently analyze financial insights to drive business decisions, concisely communicating these insights to key stakeholders to influence decision-making in complex environments.
2. Partner with Cluster Heads/Sub-Divisional Heads (CH/SH) to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights while owning the delivery of financial targets and an effective control environment.
3. Bring strong commercial judgment to decision-making.
4. Investment optimization, including A&P measurement and evaluation.
5. Support Cluster/Region Business Performance Managers (BPMs) with market financials and decision-making.
6. Participate in pricing discussions and provide quality inputs.

1. Credit Management: Timely MIS circulation for expected blocks, credit block release, improve credit block review systems, best utilization of resources, credit limit review.
2. Collection Management: Drive collections and reduce overdues by partnering with sales teams, improve Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing quality & achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets through continuous monitoring.
3. Debtor Estimates/Forecast Review basis actual debtor reports to ensure no risk in AR. Timely customer reconciliation and balance confirmations.
4. Support RTM Changes/Annual Policy Changes and ensure no sales loss due to system issues. Support representation to State Governments, Excise Policy year Change Invoice checking, and verification to ensure billing with approved/accurate rates.
5. Timely month-end closing and sharing required Management Information Systems (MIS), monthly Overhead tracking.

1. Ensure compliance to Credit Policy, BTL Policy, TTL Policy, Statement of Account (SOA), and all commercial Centralized Account Reconciliation Module (CARM) controls.
2. Risks identified through TB review are tracked and reviewed with Regional Compliance Field Headquarters (RCFH).
3. Any Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or legacy issues highlighted with the legal consul and ensured resolution.
