About the Role:
  • This is a senior associate position in a multidisciplinary team of professionals united by a common mission to drive meaningful change in the political landscape.
  • The role involves managing a wide range of activities, including media coordination, developing media briefs for campaign and candidates, documenting media feedback structures, and creating a solid media network.
  • Key responsibilities include establishing strong client relationships, setting a media narrative and agenda, and representing the organization in a confident and professional manner.
  • Responsibilities also include regular participation in identifying key narrative points and producing content for social and digital media channels, as well as developing communication goals and plans to drive overall media strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a related industry.
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR/Media Management or a relevant field of social sciences.
  • Proficiency in media structures, political structures, and current affairs.
  • The ability to prioritise and organise daily work for the team, demonstrate initiative, ensure efficient collaboration within the team, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu is highly desirable.
