About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team at AltSF Process Pvt. Ltd. as an Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Sales & Marketing.

Job Description:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Your primary objective will be to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

You will gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft MIS reports. Additionally, you will stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining professional networks.

Your responsibilities will also include visiting end-user sites/projects to gather necessary data for technical and commercial proposal preparation. You will work closely with the drafting team to prepare best feasible layouts and provide necessary inputs to proposal-making teams.

Another critical aspect of this role is preparing project investment budgets for clients, providing reliable data for ROI calculations. As a sales engineer, you will not only sell but also consult with customers, listening, understanding, and guiding them to resolve issues and build trustworthy relationships in the market.

Requirements:
  • 1-5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Sound knowledge of power plants, cement plants, waste-to-energy plants, and municipalities buying processes (preferably)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • The ability to understand and follow AltSF Company policies and procedures
  • Sales experience of equipment or component sales to Cement Industry will be preferable
