About You:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR data management with expertise in Workday data
  • Strong background in computer science or information science with a minimum 3-year degree
  • Proven knowledge of data management concepts and data quality principles
  • Proficiency in building data pipelines from APIs and external providers into Hadoop
  • Stays current with emerging technologies through formal training and self-directed education
  • Expertise in programming languages like Python and Scala, with SQL skills as a must
  • Experience with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka is an advantage
  • Solution-driven approach with analytical skills for issue resolution
