Job Title:

Academic Facilitator and Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of daily academic activities, including live sessions and recorded lectures, for coaching programs in technical disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate academic calendars, timetables, and class schedules to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Act as a liaison between trainers, students, and management to foster a collaborative academic environment.

Curriculum Development and Oversight:

  • Implement and oversee curriculum development for various technical streams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to align curriculum with industry trends and latest educational standards.
  • Review, update, and enhance study materials for accuracy and relevance.

Trainer Management & Support:

  • Onboard, train, and guide subject faculty across technical disciplines.
  • Assign faculty resources based on subject requirements and course schedules.
  • Monitor teaching quality through regular audits and student feedback.

Student Performance & Engagement:

  • Track student progress through assessments and learning dashboards.
  • Address academic concerns raised by students in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct periodic feedback collection from students to inform program improvement.

Quality Assurance & Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Ensure consistency in teaching methodology and adherence to academic standards.
  • Implement regular academic audits and corrective action plans to maintain program excellence.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance the effectiveness of learning management systems (LMS).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in academic coordination, preferably in technical training.
  • Strong knowledge of technical curricula and education trends.
