Program Management Role

The role of a Technical Program Manager involves managing high-priority programs and working closely with engineering and product leaders to drive critical programs in the organization. This includes owning the successful delivery of large, high-impact programs by leveraging deep technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed plans with key milestones and goals, identifying and mitigating risks, solving for dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring timely and smooth program launches.

Additionally, this role requires managing multiple concurrent projects/programs, developing strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders, driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of program management and demonstrated excellent technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
