Backend Developer

We're shaping the future of conversational AI and resolving customer support tickets. Our team is scaling to power massive voice interactions.

  • Design, build and scale backend infrastructure for AI customer service agents.
  • Write scalable Python code with Django experience a plus.
  • Develop architecture for backend services and infrastructure to achieve enterprise-grade scale.
  • Deploy and manage systems on AWS or GCP focusing on speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to influence direction.
  • Drive projects from design to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in Python programming.
  • Strong cloud skills, especially in AWS or GCP, with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production environments.
  • Prior experience in startups or end-to-end ownership as a founder, early team member or shipped independent projects.
  • A Computer Science degree or equivalent professional foundation.
  • Bonus: experience working in high-velocity teams.
