Job Title: Backend API Software EngineerAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend API Software Engineer to join our team of experts. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend APIs using Node JS and Type Script.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend APIs using Node JS and Type Script.
  • Collaborate directly with internal customers (product owners) to understand their needs and translate them into working solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build large-scale enterprise systems and integrate various technologies.
  • Develop strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution, and improved efficiencies and productivity.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years equivalent work experience in project management, business analysis, or system design.
  • Proven hands-on experience as a software engineer with focus on one or more technologies inclusive of NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS.
  • Experience in Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes in Azure platform is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
