Senior IT Director

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Director will oversee the company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives across its portfolio. This role is designed to provide strategic leadership ensuring reliable IT operations, secure systems, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day IT activities, ensuring network reliability, system uptime, and data security.
  • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
  • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Infrastructure & Security
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure SLA governance.
  • Project Delivery & Business Support
  • Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables.
  • Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, focusing on performance, growth, and digital literacy programs for hotel managers and frontline teams.
  • Innovation & Digital Enablement
  • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge).
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivery, execution, and strategy.
  • Experience managing distributed IT operations and delivering complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in multi-property hospitality or related service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
