Our technology strategy will be led by a visionary CTO who will oversee the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Role Overview

This is a part-time, high-impact position ideal for senior technology leaders who want to contribute to an early-stage startup on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the tech roadmap: Develop a strategic plan for BuildAmbit's growth.
  • Oversee LMS platform and integrations: Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant architecture aligned with Edtech needs.
  • Evaluate and onboard technology stack, tools, and vendors: Assess and integrate suitable technology partners.
  • Build and mentor an initial tech/product team: Foster a skilled team to drive innovation.
  • Advise on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features: Enhance learner experience through advanced technologies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to work in a fractional / part-time capacity
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
