Chief Architectural BIM Coordinator

As a seasoned and accomplished senior manager, you will assume a leadership role in overseeing multiple Architecture, MEP projects simultaneously. With extensive experience in the field, your responsibilities will encompass strategic project management, team leadership, client engagement, business development, and the implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.
Client Engagement:Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships. Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.
Business Development:Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of our BIM services. Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase our advanced BIM capabilities.
Resource Allocation and Cost Optimization:Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
Best Practices Implementation:Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 technologies, along with excellent communication and project management skills.
