BIM Coordinator

As a Sr. BIM Engineer/ BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for 3D Modelling of MEP services and supporting the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary projects. You will ensure adherence to BIM standards, facilitate collaboration among project teams, and contribute to the successful digital delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM modelling teams across all disciplines.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines, ensuring alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirements.
• Responsible for developing BEP (BIM Execution Plan)/ Digital Delivery Plan.
• Support the setup and administration of Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ProjectWise.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows, templates, and content libraries.
• Conduct clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC Model Coordination.
• Ensure model quality through regular QA/QC checks and adherence to BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure coordinated and constructible models.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation including Model Production Delivery Tables (MPDT), TIDPs, and BEPs.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
• Monitor and report project progress using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, or Primavera P6.
• Drive and implement digital innovation and emerging technologies.
• Stay informed on emerging BIM technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for implementation of OIR, AIR and EIR for CDE, Model exchange format etc.

Key Requirement

• Must have previous formal multidiscipline BIM Coordinator role experience
• Strong 10-15 years of experience of BIM Software, Principles and best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards (like ISO , PAS, BS, Uniclass, NBIMS etc.)
• Working experience of developing and manging the BEP (BIM execution Plan & Digital delivery Plan)
• Working experience of setup and mange CDE (Common data environment) into ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) & PW (ProjectWise).
• Experience in handling and managing the project in Client portals like (Aconex, Asite etc. will give add on value).
• Working experience in extensions of BIM 4D, 5D, 6D & 7D.
• Working experience of manging the BIM data as per project requirement.
• Experience in driving the implementation of digital information plans and strategies.
• Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management and an advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination, BIM Collab etc. also
• Strong knowledge and working experience of digital initiatives either using third party tools or inhouse digital tools.
• Template Creation and management.
• Content Management
• Project monitoring and reporting using Power app/ Power BI, P6 etc.
