Job Description:

An individual in this position is responsible for the execution of a data governance framework across various domains.

The role involves contributing to the operationalization of an Enterprise data governance framework and aligning stakeholders with their data governance needs.

  • Data sharing
  • Communication and change management
Required Skills and Qualifications:Mandatory Skills:

A combination of technical skills including advanced SQL and Python, along with knowledge of Pharma processes and specialization in a domain such as Research, Clinical Trials, Commercial etc.

  • Advanced understanding of data management principles, common data models, metadata management, data quality, master data management, data stewardship, and data protection.
  • Experience working with systems that support data governance frameworks such as Collibra or Alation.
  • Data products development life cycle expertise, including enabling data dictionaries and business glossaries to increase reusability and literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners on technology topics.
Bonus Skill:

Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum experience.
