Job Title

We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing data models, extending and maintaining the Business Information Model (BIM), and communicating its use across business lines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and review data models to meet business requirements.
  • Extend and maintain the Business Information Model (BIM) based on industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a Business Data Glossary to define data held within the organization.
  • Communicate and promote the use of the BIM across business lines.
  • Maintain alignment with financial industry standard data models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in data governance and other data management activities.
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to data management.
  • Ability to manage the work of others to deliver against demands.
  • Experience in managing data governance demands and delivery of data governance services.
  • Skilled at driving and executing high-volume processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to find practical solutions and prevent delays.
  • Influencing skills to gain support and buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Collibra, and Informatica.
