Network and Cyber Security Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the delivery of Network and Cyber Security services, including resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Network and Cyber Security team, managing a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, aligning with Service Line organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Network and Cyber Security services, driving operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global Network and Cyber Security team to share best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
