Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to spearhead our Information Security initiatives. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating information security risks, ensuring the organization's security posture aligns with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include implementing robust security frameworks, conducting regular cybersecurity audits, and managing the Security Operations Centre. You will also provide strategic direction to the SOC team and organization for security posture improvements.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with SLAs, process adherence, and process improvement to achieve operational objectives. Your expertise in training and awareness programs will help create and manage information security awareness training programs for new joiners.

In this role, you will review, update, and provide recommendations on information security policy, cyber security policy, and standards. A strong background in information security or IT security is essential, with 4-9 years of experience preferred.

As a critical thinker with excellent analytical skills, you must possess executive-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to exhibit excellent analytical skills, will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-9 years of experience in information security or IT security.
